Prices include VAT for consumers. Maximum 10 MB per file. Businesses and professionals can enter tax details at checkout. Secure payments are handled by Stripe; initial activation is normally completed within 2 working days.

Can Loky know my master password?

No. Your master password is never stored in a recoverable form. If you lose it, it cannot be reconstructed, so keep your 2FA recovery codes safe as well.

Is my vault shared with other customers?

No. Every customer receives a personal address and a separate data store.

Can I use it on a phone?

Yes. The responsive web interface works in your browser. Native Android and iOS apps are being designed.

How does cancellation work?

You can stop renewal before the paid period ends. Your vault remains available until the end of that billing cycle.

Can I buy as an individual or as a business?

Both. At checkout you can state whether you are purchasing as a consumer, business or professional and add any required tax details.
